Still a Duathlon... only now, officially it is going to be 6.5k/40k/10k. So that means a whopping 10 miles of running tomorrow.
I'm not just not looking forward to it, I'm actually dreading it. I'm going to spend the evening thinking of a strategy so I make it across the finish line in a decent time.
