I stumbled on this photo today... from the Pan American Championships this past May.
An acknowledgment to my good friend and ex-training partner, MB, who had won the race, and obvious elation on my face at the way the race unfolded (2nd place finish for me). It was my biggest result of my career and finding it now, while in the depths of training for another season, was a great reminder, bringing chills to my body, of why I keep doing this and what I'm chasing after.
